(i) Mention any two objectives of WIPO.

(ii) Identify and explain which Alternative Dispute Resolution should be followed
in the given situation:
A labour dispute arose between Mr. Anil Diwan (Manager) of an iron factory
located in Tata Nagar, and its Workmen Association. The parties to the dispute
appointed Mr. Suryakant Sen (a retired High Court judge) as a neutral third
party, to resolve their dispute. Mr. Suryakant played the role of an
interventionist by suggesting potential solutions to the parties to resolve their
disputes and claims.
