CG Board Class 5 Question Paper 2020 English (FA1)

STATE LEVEL FORMATIVE ASSESSMENT 2019-20 FA 1 Class: 5 Subject: English Paper Code: 5021 Maximum Marks: 10 Instruction: Each activity carries 05 marks. Teacher can choose one activity from each section. (5 Marks) Section - A LO : LE- 510 (The learner takes dictation for different purposes, such as lists, paragraphs, dialogues) Activity 1: Dictation of a paragraph Teacher will dictate a paragraph to the students. (शिक्षक छात्रों को ककसी अनुच्छेद का श्रुतलेखन करवायेंगे ।) Example / उदाहरण We reached the railway station. We did not have to wait long for the train. It reached the platform in just 10 minutes. I wanted to eat something because I was hungry. So my father bought me some fruits. Activity 2: Dictation of a list Teacher will dictate a list of grocery items to the students. (शिक्षक छात्रों को ककराना सामान की सूची का श्रुतलेखन करवायेंगे ।) Example of List (सूची का उदाहरण) sugar - 5 kilos bananas - 3 dozens milk - 1 litre chips - 1 packet soap - 3 bars Page No. - 1

Activity 3: Dictation of simple dialogues Teacher will dictate some simple dialogues to the students. (शिक्षक छात्रों को कु छ सरल संवादों का श्रुतलेखन करवायेंगे ।) Example (उदाहरण) Bittu: Good Morning, Uncle. Shopkeeper: Good Morning, Bittu. Bittu: How are you, uncle? Shopkeeper: I am fine, Thank you. Section - B (5 Marks) LO : LE - 502 (The learner recites and shares English songs, poems, games, riddles, stories, tongue twisters etc.) Activity 1: Recitation of a poem heard or read Teacher will ask the students to recite a poem which they have heard or read. (शिक्षक छात्रों को एक कशवता जो उन्होंने सुनी/पढ़ी हो, सुनाने के शलए कहेंगे । ) Activity 2: Sharing of riddles or tongue twisters Teacher will ask the students to tell any two riddles or tongue twisters which they have heard or read. (शिक्षक छात्रों को दो पहेशलयााँ, जो उन्होने सुनी/पढ़ी हो , सुनाने के शलए कहेंगे। ) Activity 3: Narration of a story heard or read Teacher will ask the students to tell a story in English which they have ever heard or read. (Minimum 5 sentences) (शिक्षक छात्रों को अंग्रेजी में एक कहानी जो उन्होने सुनी/पढ़ी हो , सुनाने के शलए कहेंगे। (कम से कम 5 वाक्य ) Page No. - 2
