Once there was a sparrow called go and wash your beak in
Phudgudi and a crow called the river.
Bhanate. They were fast friends. Bhanate went to the river bank
One day Bhanate said – O and said to it – O river !
Phudgudi! If you lay eggs first Yes, brother – said the river.
then I will eat them and if I lay Bhanate – O river, please give
eggs first then you can eat them. me some water.
Agreed!
With cold water,
Phudgudi agreed.
