Read the following passage and answer the Questions (27-33):
Ravi is working as GDA in a reputed hospital. He is very cooperative and humble in nature,
so he is responsible to deal with many departments of hospital. Ravi guides the patients in
correct way and helps the patients and their attendants in a way that people like to come
to this hospital for the great service. The different departments provides important
services. These can include Physiotherapy, Radiology, Administrative and Finance
Department, Public Relations Department etc. For the inpatient services the hospital is
able to provide Dietary and food services, Hospital Disinfection and Sterilization services,
Cleaning and Laundry, Laboratory and Blood bank, Maintenance and Engineering, Medical
records department, Special service department, Pharmacy and Transportation services

also. The hospital is also providing promotive, preventive, diagnostic functions as well as
emergency services functions that can include the functions of caregiver, communicator,
and the personnel responsible to perform curative and rehabilitative functions. The
hospital is very clean and clear in nature as they are providing daily, periodic and discharge
cleaning along with control of Bugs and pests. The hospital removes trash and garbage in
proper manner by following the guidelines.
Once, Ravi’s friend Rohan was playing football in the ground and suddenly he met an
