ago. Shah Nameh is the history of the ancient kings of Iran, is his work. All of
these books are poetry and have beautiful stories such as Rostam and Sohrab,
Rostam and Esfandiar, Manijeh Bijan, Zal and Rudabeh. Ferdowsi was born in
Tus, near Mashhad, and his tomb is in Tus.
