TIE- PRINCIPLES

Wherever two or more candidates have secured equal aggregate marks in
Combined Defence Services Examination (II), 2024, the tie(s) have been resolved
in accordance with the following principle approved by the Commission:

(a) If the marks in aggregate are equal, the candidate senior in age has
been ranked higher;

(b) If the candidates also have the same date of birth, the candidate
getting more marks in the Written Examination has been ranked
higher;

(c) If the marks in the Written Examination are also the same, candidate
getting more marks in G.K paper has been ranked higher;
