(e) Reservation, weightage/concession for NCC/NSS/Sports/ Differently Abled and other category shall be given as per University Rules, subject to fulfilment of minimum eligibility criteria. Special Note : All the grievance(s) related to Entrance Examination(ULET- 2023) shall be entertained upto July 12, 2023 till 4:00 p.m. No subsequent grievance(s) on any condition shall be admitted. Decision of ULET-2023 Committee on the grievance(s) shall be final. INFORMATION REGARDING THE ENTRANCE TEST 1. Admission to the LL.B. First year (Three Year Course) shall be on the basis of merit secured in the ULET-2023 based on the total marks scored in written test and weightage mark(s) if applicable, which will be published on the university website as per the schedule. 2. The Entrance Test is tentatively scheduled to be held on 7th July, 2023 (Friday) from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at different centres in Jaipur only. The duration of the test shall be One & half Hours. 3. The entrance test shall have 150 Multiple Choice Questions carrying one (1) mark each. There will be no negative marking. 4. The Candidate shall use only Blue/Black Ball point pen during the entrance examination. 5. After completion of entrance test, the candidates can carry Question Booklet alongwith carbon copy of OMR Sheet with them. 6. The Centre for Entrance Test (ULET-2023) and Roll number will be given on admit card which will be made available on the university website as per the schedule. 7. No candidate will be permitted to enter the examination hall without the admit card and a valid photo ID card. 8. The candidates will not be allowed to enter in the Examination Hall after 10:45 a.m. sharp. 9. Carrying Mobile/Smart Phone(s), Bluetooth device(s), Smart Watch etc. in the examination hall is strictly prohibited. If any objectionable material is found, then action will be taken as per University Rules and State Government Legislation. 10. Totally blind candidates must arrange a scribe on their own and should carry attested copies of the certificate issued in accordance with Statute 17 6

(A) (ii). Moreover attested copies of Marks Sheet/Certificate and Photo Identity of the scribe should be submitted to the Centre Superintendent of the Entrance Test Centre at least one day prior to the entrance test. scribe should not be in higher class than 10th standard. 11. There shall be a provision for videography of the centre on the date of examination. 12. The candidate should not believe in hearsay and must seek information relating to admission only from University Website or information provided by the office Convener, ULET-2023, University Law College Centre-II, University of Rajasthan, Jaipur. Syllabus & Sample Questions The test paper will consist of one question paper containing 150 objective type questions with multiple choice answers. The syllabus of the Entrance Test includes: General Knowledge, Social Science, General Science, Indian Constitution and General English. The sample question for the ULET-2023 will be available on the University website. The language of the entrance examination will be Hindi & English. Note : In case of any discrepancy in the English and Hindi Version of the Question Paper, the English Version shall be treated as valid. Answer Key 1. The University shall publish the Answer Key pertaining to ULET-2023 on the University website as per the schedule. 2. Any objection with reference to Answer Key/Questions in the ULET-2023 may be submitted in writing to the Convenor, ULET-2023, University Law College Centre-II, University of Rajasthan, Jaipur as per the schedule till 4:00 p.m. on 12-7-2023. 7
