STRUCTURE OF QUESTION PAPER

1. All questions are compulsory.
2. The question paper will comprises 4 sections A, B, C, and D of 11 sub parts (questions) in
total. The question paper will carry:

SECTION- A
Multiple Choice Questions: (15)

This section comprises multiple choice questions from all three sections (Geography, History,
Pol.Science). This section comprises of 15 sub parts (questions) carry 1 mark each.
15×1= 15

SECTION- B
(Geography) (21)
Objective Type Questions: This section comprises 6 questions with fills in the blank, true or
false carry 1 mark each. 6×1= 6
Short Answer Questions: This section comprises of 2 sub parts (questions) carry 2 marks each.
Answer to each question should be upto 50 words. 2×2= 4
Long answer Questions: This section comprises of 1sub part (question) with 100% internal
choice carry 3 marks. Answer of this question should be more than 50 words. 1×3= 3
Map Question: This section comprises one question of map carries 10 marks. 1×10=10

SECTION- C
(History) (22)
Objective Type Questions: This section comprises 6 questions with fills in the blank/ true or
false/ Match the columns carry 1 mark each. 6×1= 6
Short Answer Questions: This section comprises of 2 sub parts (questions) carry 2 marks each.
Answer to each question should be upto 50 words. 2×2= 4
Long answer Questions: This section comprises of 3sub parts (questions) with 100% internal
choice carry 3 marks. Answer of these questions should be more than 50 words. 4×3= 12
