harmful rays .
Sleep may also help our brain to store things we have learnt .On the other hand lack of sleep can be alarming .Lack of
sleep results in poor health, pain in body parts and depression. Due to lack of sleep one may be finding it difficult to
accomplish daily tasks .Even temporary loss of sleep can have a bad effect on our daily routine .We must do regular
