TIE - PRINICPLES Wherever two or more candidates have secured equal aggregate marks in NDA & NA Examination (I), 2019, the tie (s) have been resolved in accordance with the following principles approved by the Commission, viz (i) In case of equal marks in aggregate, the candidates’ getting more marks in the written examination has been placed at higher rank. (ii) In case of equal marks in written examination also, the candidates getting more marks in General Ability Test(GAT) paper has been placed at higher rank. (iii) In case of equal marks in GAT paper, the candidates’ senior by age has been placed at higher rank.
