Q1 What do you understand of Einstein’s nature from his conversations with his history teacher,
his mathematics teacher and the head teacher?

Answer. Albert Einstein seemed highly uninterested in the history subject. While his
conversation with the history teacher, it's clearly evident that he found no logic in byhearting
things that can also be written and searched whenever they are needed. Mugging things up was
never his definition of an efficient education system.

He seemed passionate and loving towards his Maths teacher, Mr Koch who always appreciated
Einstein for his performance in the subject. Maths was the only subject he enjoyed learning in
the whole school.

Albert Einstein and his head teacher never shared an amiable bond. His head teacher always
complained about his behavior with other teachers and his failure in trying to learn the subjects
he was disinterested in.

Q2 The school system often curbs individual talents. Discuss.

Answer. The school system has a similar study pattern for all the students who are endowed
with varying potential in different fields. This is the major drawback our education system faces.
For instance, a student interested in maths and a student interested in fine arts , are both
endowed with different talents but both of them are under the same study pattern that demands
study of all the subjects relatively. This might bring a golden opportunity to a student who loves
to study, but curbs the talent growth of the other who was always interested in fine arts rather
than mathematics and science.

Q3 How do you distinguish between information gathering and insight formation?

Answer. There is a huge difference between information gathering and insight formation. The
first is like a feed that's transient and is likely to vanish after a certain period of time. Where as
the latter is not only permanent but forms the pillars on which the entire life depends.
