मनःपूतं समाचरेत्
प्रियच्छात्राः !
वदन्,तु किमपि कार्यं करणीयम् अस्ति
चेत् आदौ किम् आवश्यकम् ?
आचार्ये !
विचिन्त्य कार्यकरणम् । उचितविधिना
कार्यकरणम् ।
पर्णू मनसा
कार्यकरणम् ।
एवं चेत् तस्य
सर्वे उचितमेव वदन्ति । अधुना विचारयन्,तु कार्यस्य फलम् अपि
यदि मनः एव मलिनं स्यात,् उद्देश्यम् एव अनुचितं स्यात् दषित
ू म् एव स्यात् ।
तर्हि किमपि कार्यं सम्यक् कथं भवेत् ?
अत एव अस्माभिः सर्वाणि कार्याणि पवित्रेण
मनसा करणीयानि । एतदेव शिक्षयति प्रस्तः
तु पाठः
‘मनःपूतं समाचरेत’् इति ।
