Read the poem given below.

मँह
ु धोऊँगा पानी से, I’ll wash my face with water,
मन्
ु ना कहता नानी से। Said Munna to his Nani.
प्यासे पानी पीते हैं, We all quench our thirst with water,
पानी से सब जीते हैं। We are all alive because of water.

कहीं ओस है , बर्फ कहीं,
Somewhere it is dew, Somewhere it is snow,
पानी ही क्या भाप नहीं?
Steam is also water as you know.
सभी रूपों में पानी है ,
Water has forms so many,
कहती ऐसा नानी है ।
that is what says my Nani.
नदियाँ बहती कलकलकल,
झरने गाते छलछलछल। The river flow, the waterfalls sing,
पर जब बाढ़ें लाता है , And water swells in lakes and springs.
भारी आफत ढाता है । But when the water breaks in floods,
Great misfortune it always works.
