SSC Stenographer 2022 Cut Off to Appear in Skill Test

File No. 11/1/2022 - C-1/2 STAFF SELECTION COMMISSION (CONFIDENTIAL-1/2 SECTION) Stenographer Grade ‘C’ & ‘D’ Examination, 2022 – Declaration of Result of Computer Based Examination to call candidates for appearing in Skill Test Staff Selection Commission conducted Computer Based Examination of Stenographer Grade ‘C’ & ‘D’ Examination, 2022 on 17.11.2022 and 18.11.2022 at various centers all over the country. 2. As the Computer Based Examination was conducted in multiple shifts, marks scored by candidates have been normalized as per the formula published by the Commission on its website vide Notice No: 1-1/2018-P&P-I dated 07.02.2019. As per the provisions under Para 13 (d) of the Notice of the Examination, normalized marks of the candidates have been used for processing the result to qualify the candidates for the next stage of Examination (i.e. Skill Test). 3. As per Para 17 (a) of Notice of the Examination, minimum qualifying marks in Computer Based Examination are fixed as follows: (i) UR: 30% (ii) OBC/ EWS: 25% (iii) All other categories (SC, ST, PwD, ESM, etc): 20% 4. Based on the performance of the candidates in the Computer Based Examination, 13100 candidates have provisionally qualified for appearing in the Skill Test for the post of Stenographer Grade ‘C’ and 47246 candidates have provisionally qualified for appearing in the Skill Test for the post of Stenographer Grade ‘D’. These candidates have been shown under their respective categories. 5. The result of two candidates bearing Roll No. 2405017902 & 2405017903 have been kept withheld in compliance of court orders. 6. The skill test of the qualified candidates will be held on 15.02.2023 and 16.02.2023 (tentatively) and the detailed schedule will be available on the websites of the concerned Regional Offices in due course. 7. Representations received from the candidates with regard to the Answer Keys have been carefully examined and the Answer Keys have been modified wherever necessary before preparing final Answer Keys. The final Answer Keys have been used for evaluation. Final Answer Keys will be uploaded on the website of the Commission from 27.01.2023 to 10.02.2023. 8. Marks of the qualified/non-qualified candidates will be made available on the website of the Commission on 25.01.2023. This facility will be available from 25.01.2023 to 08.02.2023.
