Staff Selection Commission conducted Junior Engineer (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Quantity Surveying & Contracts) Examination, 2022 (Paper-I) in the Computer Based Mode from 14.11.2022 to 16.11.2022 at various centres all over the country. 2. As Paper-I (Computer Based Examination) of the said Examination was conducted in multiple shifts, marks scored by candidates have been normalized as per the formula published by the Commission on its website on 07.02.2019. As per the provisions under Para 14.7 of the Notice of the Examination, normalised marks of the candidates have been used for processing the result to qualify the candidates for the next stage of Examination (i.e. Paper-II). 3. In terms of Para-19.1 of Notice of the Examination, minimum qualifying marks in Paper-I have been fixed as 30% (i.e. 60 marks) for UR, 25% (i.e. 50 marks) for OBC/EWS and 20% (i.e. 40 marks) for all other categories. 4. Keeping the above in view, category-wise cut-off details and number of candidates qualifying to appear in Paper-II (Descriptive) of the Examination are as follows: I. Representations received from the candidates with regard to the Tentative Answer Keys have been carefully examined and the Answer Keys have been modified wherever necessary. The Final Answer Keys have been used for processing of result of CBE. Final Answer Keys will be uploaded on the website of the Commission from 07.02.2023 to 21.02.2023. 7. Marks of the qualified/ non-qualified candidates in CBE will be made available on the website of the Commission. This facility will be available from 03.02.2023 to 17.02.2023.
