4. Darken one circle/oval deeply for each question in the OMR answer-sheet, as faintly darkened
circle might be rejected by the scanner.
5. This question booklet contains 40 pages including blank pages for rough work. After you are
permitted to open the seal, please check all pages and report discrepancies, if any, to the invigilator
on duty.
6. Out of total of 180 questions, 150 are to be attempted which shall carry 600 marks. All these

Physics and Chemistry subjects are compulsory for all. However, Mathematics is also compulsory
for B. Tech course.
9. Rough work can be done on the question paper itself. Blank pages are provided at the end of the
question booklet for rough work.
