File No. 17/1/2020-C-1/1 Confidential -1/1 Section STAFF SELECTION COMMISSION Junior Hindi Translator, Junior Translator and Senior Hindi Translator Examination, 2020 – Declaration of the result of Paper-I for appearing in Paper-II. Staff Selection Commission conducted the Junior Hindi Translator, Junior Translator and Senior Hindi Translator Examination – 2020 on 19.11.2020 in the Computer Based Mode at various centres all over the country. 2. After applying the cut off fixed by the Commission in Paper-I, 1688 candidates have qualified in the said examination for appearing in Paper-II. The category-wise details of the candidates available and cut off marks are as under: SC ST OBC EWS UR OH HH VH Other Total Cut-Off 116.00 114.00 128.00 110.00 140.00 88.00 71.00 73.00 40.00 - Marks Candidate 285 89 689 140 420 47 7 10 1 1688 Available Note-1: In addition to number of UR candidates shown above 120-SC, 22-ST, 431-OBC, 84-EWS, 10-OH and 3-VH candidates qualifying at UR cut-off have been shown under their respective categories. Note-2: As per Para 16 of the notice of the examination: Following minimum qualifying marks have been considered in Paper-I: (i) UR: 30% (ii) OBC/ EWS: 25% (iii) Others: 20% 3. The Descriptive Paper (Paper-II) of the aforesaid examination is scheduled to be held on 14.02.2021 (Tentatively). The Admission Certificate of the qualified candidates will be uploaded on the websites of the respective Regional Offices approximately 07 days before the conduct of the Tier-II Examination. However, the candidates who are unable to download their Admission Certificate may contact the concerned Regional Offices immediately. The responsibility of ensuring the download of the Admission Certificate is solely on the candidates. 4. Representations received from the candidates with regard to the answer keys have been carefully examined and the answer keys have been modified wherever necessary. The final answer keys have been used for evaluation. Final Answer Keys will be uploaded on the website of the Commission to the candidates for a period of one month from 25.01.2021 to 24.02.2021.

This facility will be available for a period of one month i.e. from 22.01.2021 to 21.02.2021. Candidates may check their individual’s marks by using their Registration No. and registered password and click on Result/Marks tab on the candidate dashboard.
