No. - 17/1/2020 – C-1/1 STAFF SELECTION COMMISSION (C-1/1 Section) ******** Subject: Junior Hindi Translator, Junior Translator and Senior Hindi Translator Examination, 2020 – Declaration of result of Paper-II to call candidates for Document Verification –reg. Result of Paper-I of Junior Hindi Translator, Junior Translator and Senior Hindi Translator Examination, 2020 was declared on 19.01.2021 wherein 1688 candidates were declared qualified for appearing in Paper II. The Paper-II of the said examination was conducted on 14.02.2021 at various centres across the country. 2. As per provision under Para 16.3. of the Notice of the Examination, based on the performance in Paper-I+Paper-II, candidates have been shortlisted for Document Verification. 3. Based on the cut-offs fixed by the Commission, 1070 candidates have qualified provisionally for Document Verification for the posts of Junior Hindi Translator, Junior Translator and Senior Hindi Translator, as per the details given below:- SC ST OBC EWS UR OH HH VH Pwd Total Others Cut-Off 230.00 221.75 235.75 178.75 254.50 174.75 119.00 156.50 229.75 - Marks (Paper-I +Paper-II) Candidates 156 49 461 121 235* 35 05 07 01 1070 Available * 60-SC, 12-ST, 284-OBC, 47-EWS, 04-OH and 02-VH candidates qualifying at UR cut-off have been shown under their respective categories. 4. As per provision under Para 16.1. of the Notice of the Examination, only those candidates have been considered eligible for short-listing to the next stage, who have scored the following minimum qualifying marks in Paper-I and Paper-II separately as follows: (i) UR: 30% (ii) OBC/ EWS: 25% (iii) Others: 20% Page-1/2

5. All candidates qualified in the Paper-I and Paper-II are required to appear for Document Verification. Candidates, who do not attend Document Verification, will not be considered for the final selection. The schedules for holding the Document Verification will be made available on the websites of Commission’s Regional Offices separately. Qualified/eligible candidates, who do not receive call letters, should contact the concerned Regional Offices of the Commission immediately. 6. The above said list is purely provisional and subject to the recommended candidates fulfilling all the eligibility conditions prescribed for the respective posts in the Notice of Examination, and also subject to thorough verification of their identity with reference to their photograph, signature, handwriting, etc., on the application form, admission certificate, etc. If, on verification, it is found that any candidate does not fulfil any of the eligibility conditions, he/she will not be considered for final result. 7. Marks of the qualified and non-qualified candidates will be uploaded on the website of the Commission on 22.07.2021. This facility will be made available from 22.07.2021 to 11.08.2021.
