Read the following passage and answer the questions that follow.

Mobile phones and apps like WhatsApp, Instagram and YouTube
can be fun and helpful - they let us watch stories, learn new
things, and chat with family and friends. But too much phone
time can cause problems: it can hurt our eyes, make it hard to
sleep and stop us from playing outdoors or talking with people
face-to-face. It can also make it difficult to pay attention in class
and even make us feel sad or lonely.

It is important to set limits - use phones only after school for a
short time, take breaks, avoid using phones before bed, choose
helpful apps and spend more time playing with friends and
family. If something online makes you worried, always talk to
your parent or teacher. Minimal and intelligent use of mobile
phones can help you stay healthy, happy and focused!
