तक रोजगार मिल सकता है । दिखाएँ कि परिवार के दो और सदस्यों को हम उसके अपने क्षेत्र में नियोजित कर सकते हैं। अब
मान लीजिए कि एक नया बांध बनाया गया है और ऐसे कई खेतों की सिंचाई के लिए नहरें खोदी गई हैं। इससे कृषि क्षेत्र में ही
काफी रोजगार सज ृ न हो सकता है जिससे अल्परोजगार की समस्या कम हो सकती है ।

Read the paragraph given below and answer the questions given below.

Take the case of Lakshmi with her two-hectares plot of unirrigated land. The government can spend
some money or bank can provide a loan to construct a well for her family irrigate the land . Lakshmi will then be
able to irrigate her land and take a second crop. wheat, during the Rabi season. let us suppose that one hectare
of wheat can provide employment to two people for 50 days. Show two more member of the family can we
employed in her own field. Now suppose a new dam is constructed and canals are dug to irrigate many such
farms. This could lead to a lot of employment generation within the agriculture sector itself reducing the
problem of underemployment.

The constitution originally provided for two-tire system of government the union government or what we call,
the central government representing the union of India and the state government later a third tire of federalism
was added in the form of Panchayats and municipalities . As in any federation these different tirse enjoy separate
jurisdiction. the constitution clearly provide a three fold distribution of legislative power between the union
government and the state government. Thus, it contains three lists.
