General Instructions:
1. Please read the instructions carefully.
2. This Question Paper consists of 25 questions in two sections – Section A & Section B.
3. Section A has Objective type questions whereas Section B contains Subjective type questions.
4. Out of the given (6 + 19 =) 25 questions, a candidate has to answer (6 + 11 =) 17 questions in
the allotted (maximum) time of 3 hours.
5. All questions of a particular section must be attempted in the correct order.

Q. 7 Effective communication involves skills that can be utilised to send messages 2
that are clear, concise and accurate. A clear statement is one which conveys
the exact message that you are trying to convey to the other person. A concise
statement is appropriately brief or to the point and an accurate statement is
one that is factual, i.e., its correctness can be verified.
Q. 8 Intrinsic Motivation comes from within and for which there is no apparent 2
reward but one derives enjoyment and satisfaction in doing them. Students
who love to play a game because it gives them joy and excel at it.
Extrinsic motivation makes you do something because of incentives or
external rewards. For example you study a subject to do well at an exam but
otherwise you have no interest in the subject.

1. Click on AutoFilter icon on the Tool Bar.
This will put filters at the top of each column.

Q. 18 Operating System (OS) is an interface between a user and computer system. 3
It is a software which performs all the basic tasks like file management, memory
management, process management, handling input and output, and controlling
peripheral devices. Windows, Linux, MacOS are examples of operating systems.
Real-time operating system refers to any information processing system with
hardware and software components that perform real-time application
functions and can respond to events within predictable and specific time
constraints. Examples are air traffic control systems, process control systems,
and autonomous driving systems.

When you split a video, you divide a video into two parts each time.
When you cut a video, you remove a part of a video or footage.
When you trim a video, you remove just the start or end of a video or
footage. The trimmed video is hidden and not deleted.
b) Steps to split a video in Adobe Express.
1. In the video editor bring the playhead to the point on the video where you
want to split.
2. Click on the ellipsis(…) and choose Split from the pop menu.
3. The video will now be split into two parts at that point.

a) If I receive a message with a link from an unknown number, the cybercrime
is phishing. I will take the following steps for cyber safety:
➢ I will not click or open the link
➢ Inform my parents/trusted elder about it.
➢ Call the school’s official number or visit the school office to check whether
there is any problem or not.
➢ If the message is not from the school, I will delete the message and block
the number.
b) If it is a secure and a trusted website(Google Scholar for example) which
provides free access to research papers, I will read and enhance my
knowledge about that particular topic. However it will be wrong to download
and use the paper, as it is will be plagiarism. I can cite the paper and
acknowledge the source used. I can also read multiple papers on the topic
and create an original project, then provide a list of all the sources that I
used, with the names of the authors and other details.

A trademark is a type of intellectual property that consists of a recognizable
sign, design, or expression that identifies a specific product or service from a
particular source and distinguishes it from others. Trademarks can take many
forms, including names, slogans, logos, icons, jingles etc.

Copyright is a type of intellectual property that protects original works of
authorship and gives the creator control over reproduction, distribution,
performance, and derivative works based on the original. This can include
various forms such as literary, artistic, musical, dramatic works etc.
