Days in a year = 365

In a leap year = 366

A ap y ar om s on

Q4 Hetal says there are 53 weeks in a year. Is she right? Yes/No. If not, how many weeks
did you find in a ea ?
y r

No, Hetal is not right.

1 week = 7 days

52 weeks = 364 days

365 − 364 = 1 day left

So a year has 52 weeks and 1 day. The 1 extra day is not a whole week.
